Abba Queens[ Tribute Band, Duo] Based: Ely
|
 Abba Queens is a professional Abba tribute show formed in 2007 and has been successfully entertaining every weekend since. Anneli, who plays Agnetha is also founder and promoter of Abba Queens has been singing from a young age. Anneli has previously performed with Abba tribute show bands 'Mamma Mia' and 'Planet Abba'. Anneli is accompanied by one of her two professional singers that have been appointed for the show.
Abba Queens perform all Abba's well-known hits including 'Dancing Queen', 'The Winner Takes It All', 'Waterloo', 'Mamma Mia', 'Voulez-Vous' and many, many more. Costume changes and choreography are interactive and entertaining and we even adopt Swedish accents for the evening.
The Abba Queens costumes have been custom made and hand-crafted to reflect a look-a-like image as close to the original style of Abba as possible. We have three changes; classic Eurovision Waterloo outfits, white satin short dresses with gold embellishment and, white, short kimono's with green and blue trims and lettering. Stage makeup including face jewels and stargazer glitter is applied prior to all performances.
Abba Queens show sets are forty-five minutes long and a show of two or three sets is available. In addition we offer an optional forty minute 70's Disco set with Afro wigs and custom-made spandex dance outfits or shift dresses for those that would like some variation and enjoy a good dance.
Abba Queens is an ideal tribute show for hotel functions, theme events, dinner dances, party nights and restaurants.
