Area 52 are an energetic, exciting wedding/function band. We have been gigging throughout the South West (and further afield) for over ten years playing classic soul, ska, disco, rock in fact anything that gets people up and dancing from the 60's to the present. We are a professional band that really enjoy playing and this comes across in our high energy performance, guaranteed to fill the dance floor.
A polished 10 piece band with male and female singers, a full and funky brass section, we come with a full lighting rig and a professional sound crew.
Given enough notice we can play requests (if they are in keeping with the band line up) and can provide additional music at your request (eg through an iPod or CD). We care about what we do and aim to provide a full evening of entertainment which will be enjoyed by everybody. Fully understanding how important your big event is we have a representative within the band who will work closely with you to ensure that your requirements are met and that you have a fabulous day!
