THIS IS AUDIUS MAXIMUS
We are a five-piece rock covers band playing AC/DC, Judas Priest, Whitesnake, Thin Lizzy and the music of many more rock icons - music we all love and grew up with.
All band members from Audius Maximus have played previously in well-known Devon-based bands...

  As a musician, and a great fan of music, it's not often I can go to a gig without picking holes in a performance. Especially in a small pub in a fishing village. But these guys really impressed me. With a set list consisting of a series of classics, ranging from those too old for me to remember (I'm only 23), to those I know backwards, every track was performed with energy, passion, confidence and accuracy. Combined with excellent audience communication and a genuinely entertaining frontman, Audius Maximus quite simply rocked! Two tracks that stood out for me? Guns and roses-Sweet child o' mine. Often attempted, but seldom done justice. And Van Halen-Jump. Just because I love the song, and it got a great reaction. Definitely going to see these guys again. I recommend you do the same! | |

 If you only get to see one band this year I really would recommend you make it this one. Their enthusiasm and love for the music they play is infectious. Their mix of songs will appeal to most - I defy anyone who sees them to not end up singing along before the evening is through. From Thin Lizzy to Whitesnake, they performed brilliantly. "Whole Lotta Rosie" got this slightly aging rock chick(!) head banging again :-) | |

 According to Tony no-one has written a review on this brilliant band.... Why?
They play brilliant rock covers all of which are performed with such expertise. The sound is spot on and Seth's electric drums just add to the brilliance of this band. They enjoy what they're playing and that "vibe" is sent throughout the audience... Go and watch them and see for yourselves how good they are, you won't be able to stop your feet from tapping and you're bound to be singing along as their whole set is so well chosen. | |

| They delivered their set with total conviction. The singer was 'Bon Scott' in all but physical appearance. Great mixture of songs that you don't get to hear anywhere else. Truly great band, they rock. | |
