Get the Flash Player to see these images. Drawing on many years of varied experience in one band or another, the four of us now are just having some serious fun. We are not only experienced musicians - our own individual ideas and styles come together to produce a band that really rocks. What we deliver is great music, whether it's for a music bar, private function or big event.

What we play is "Classic Rock" from the 60's to the Noughties! But not just any rock. Our numbers run from Audioslave to Zeppelin, carefully selected to provide a wide variety of songs that people like to hear and some they haven't heard in a while. There hasn't been a gig yet where one song or another hasn't caused someone to go Wow!

There is arguably only one thing better than a good live rock band, but you can't do that in public - well not legally anyway.

So come on down and see us at one of your local venues soon. If you have a general enquiry or just want to know more, contact us by the Web-mail link below.

Blowing the doors off! The Barley Mow, Shepperton on Sat 28th Apr 07
Review edited by Lemonrock to improve readability, by consent of the band/artist, or owner of the page. Caught this band whilst on vacation from Vancouver. We had been searching for some good live music since we arrived and boy we found it at the Barley Mow. These guys are hot! Great musicianship and a singer who actually can sing!
Some great versions of the standard classics delivered with real punch. What stood out were some brave covers of stuff other bands don't try like Queen's Hammer to Fall, The Eagles' Get Over It and an Iron Maiden instrumental that I didn't catch the name of that was just "Mental". British rock is alive and well and damn loud just like it should be...

An open air gig.... The Marlborough Head, Farnham on Fri 11th Aug 06
The Marlborough Head's pageReview edited by Lemonrock to improve readability, by consent of the band/artist, or owner of the page. ..this was not. Despite the earlier promise, I realised when the rain fell on my car windscreen that it was not to be. Even so, indoors, BandX did their usual brilliant set. The pub was a bit quieter than usual, probably to do with the summer hols, but they still belted out a string of great classic rock numbers and included a few new songs - something that keeps this band sounding fresh no matter how many times you see them.
For anyone out there wondering whether to go and see BandX let me tell you that I had the choice of seeing BandX or watching The Hamsters do a Hendrix & ZZ Top set on the same night. I may have been mad to travel 45 miles to see BandX instead but I wasn't disappointed! I come off my medication next week.
And in the words of the great Phil Lynott...."Until the next time....cos there's always a next time..."

raise the roof (or bring it down)! The Wheatsheaf, Farnham on Fri 28th Jul 06
Review edited by Lemonrock to improve readability, by consent of the band/artist, or owner of the page. Despite a fairly small crowd, and part of the ceiling falling down, causing the band to retreat to a very small corner of the pub, so that the punters and fans could still gain access to the facilities... (we know you weren't really going out into the garden!)! the BandX men all seemed to enjoy the gig, and so did we, although I have to say I was disappointed that the set did not include Maroon 5's Harder to breathe, as I do get great amusement from Stealth's panting... but was great to hear Paranoid in the set! Not sure if this was before, during or after Pinky tried to break his own thumb with a runaway drum stick! Great night, really enjoyed it, Keep Rocking!
Troll, Mon 31st Jul 06
Reply from BandX: Thanks Troll, you are our most ardent fan. Maroon 5 song was merely having a rest, so expect to see Stealth coming in short pants at the next gig. Look out for some new songs too - if it's in true BandX fashion, they won't be ready but we'll do them anyway. And wasn't Gramps on fire? See you next time - Pinky. PS Splints come off Thursday!
Triumphant return to the Robin Hood The Robin Hood, Guildford on Fri 23rd Jun 06
The Robin Hood's pageReview edited by Lemonrock to improve readability, by consent of the band/artist, or owner of the page. One of the best venues in Surrey, the Robin Hood - where the landlord actually wants the punters to have FUN (thanks Tony, we love you) - combined with arguably the best rock band on the circuit: how could Friday night fail?

Band X's reputation encouraged a bigger crowd than last time with fans queueing to get through the doors when I arrived. The place was jumping, people singing and dancing and having a thoroughly good time.
muriel, Sat 24th Jun 06
Reply from BandX: Thanks Muriel The pleasure is all ours top venue , top landlord, and the BEST crowd. We are back in September see you then Cheers Stealh

Print 3 flyers per A4 page, with marked cutting guides. Hint: setting your start date to the first of a month, and your end date to the last day of a month, gives a neat heading on your flyer, e.g. setting 1 May 2008 and 31 Aug 2008 as the start and end dates will produce the heading: 'MAY - AUGUST 08'. Try it! You can also set the font size to a decimal value (e.g. 9.3) to make the gigs fit exactly onto the page.
