  My first time at the Ferry Boat Inn and I already want to move over that way from Torbay!
The first band there was El-cojones and I was well impressed - if you like a good rock band these guys kick ass; go and watch them and you won't be disappointed. | |

This band is the best when it comes to interacting with the crowd.
From the off they had the audience eating out of their hands: the singer was jumping around on the beer garden tables and people were stripping off, dancing and singing their hearts out.
El-cojones seem to have a magic formula for a good time band - they want you to have a great night out.
The music is superb, the show and banter is hilarious. 3 encores this night, and only the licensing laws made them stop. | |

 A night to remember at the Ferryboat Inn with a lively blend of funk and disco, delivered by an enthusiastic group. Without a hint of the usual "pub rock," Dave Can't Dance entertained the audience with classics such as "Superstition" and newer songs by artists including The Scissor Sisters. The band was obviously a hit, as the normally restrained locals could be seen dancing away to the music.
The enthusiasm and charisma of the band is obvious and infectious, making them a pleasure to hear.
A refreshing change to the usual live music - one to get the people dancing. | |
