Five and Dime play a blend of country rock, rhythm and bluegrass! This St Albans band present an eclectic and surprising mix of well-known songs featuring banjo, fiddle and electric guitar backed by acoustic guitar bass and drums. Five and Dime is the brainchild of Eric Tilley (banjo) and Alan Hadwin (Guitar) who harmonise on many of the songs Everley brothers style. Songs by the Beatles, Rolling Stones, Eric Clapton, Nanci Griffiths, Stephen Stills, U2, Johnny Cash, The Eagles plus many others are played as you've never heard them before. If you never knew banjo picking could sound so good, prepare to be converted!
