We are a friendly local community pub, serving great pub food until 8.30pm. Although not a huge venue we can comfortably accommodate up to 70 people. So if you like to listen to fantastic live music with friends, while downing a great pint, come along and support brlliant local live bands and artists, right on your doorstep.
Bands & artists: We are keen to promote local bands and artists, and therefore always on the lookout for new bands and artists to play at the Hammer and Tongs. If you're in a good quality 3 or 4 piece covers band or maybe acoustic solo/duo and you'd like to play the Hammer and Tongs, please send a demo CD, set list and contact details to Mim at the address below. No promoters or agents please just local bands and artists.
