 Havana is situated on the Quay overlooking the river and housed in an impressive old warehouse. Open everyday from midday until late, it's a large, Latin-themed lounge bar and dining room. The two bars feature cocktails, draught and bottled world beers, great wines and premium spirits. A central stage dominates and live music and comedy are a big draw. Leather sofas and stools provide a lounge feel to the space. There is a terrace where you can enjoy the view as you eat al-fresco from the 'quick & tasty' lunch menu for time-poor office workers. BBQs on the terrace in the afternoon and a full Latin-based menu available in the evenings. The venue also boasts a function room for up to 60 which is ideal for private parties.

Hint: setting your start date to the first of a month, and your end date to the last day of a month, gives a neat heading on your flyer, e.g. setting 1 May 2008 and 31 Aug 2008 as the start and end dates will produce the heading: 'MAY - AUGUST 08'. Try it! You can also set the font size to a decimal value (e.g. 9.3) to make the gigs fit exactly onto the page. | |
