Originally hailing from South East London, they've recently hit the South West music scene and are carving out a much needed niche with their catchy tunes, savvy lyrics and polished musicianship.
Kitty - Face and Voice of the band. (Nickname "Legs")
PJ - Backing vocals Ex Punk singer hired for his face and excellent bass playing skills AND a Devonshire lad!
Blind Johnny - All round guitar and songwriting Legend whose played with all the greats back in the day!
Jess - One of those annoying temperamental musical genius types who can put his hand to just about any instrument. However he plays drums for Kitty and The Lost Boys.
New album out in the Spring!
Brief Band History
Kitty and Jess debuted on the music scene at the tender ages of 5 and 7. They have hazy memories of Friday Nights spent in a rock club hosted by Blind Johnny, their dad, in the basement of an Indian restaurant. They performed alongside a menagerie of characters that the underground club attracted and this, coupled with the laissez faire attitude of their bohemian parents, gave them a respectable Rock n Roll upbringing. Kitty had to stand on a chair to reach the microphone to begin with but that didn't stop her. The years rolled on and the tribe travelled to foreign fields. At the age of 11 Jess was drumming in a 3 piece rock band fronted by Pro's in Andalucia, Spain. Kitty spent this time growing and strumming her guitar at various open mic's, but mainly growing.
Many years and plenty of experience later Kitty not only fronts The Lost Boys but is a highly competent bass player and guitarist and also writes her own material. Jess in turn excels on drums, keyboards and guitar. On return to the UK, Kitty, Jess and Blind Johnny discovered a kindred spirit and band mate in Pete "The Face" Jenkins who plays bass for them and helps Blind Johnny with the back up vocals. He has played in many local groups in the South West. The entire outfit is underpinned by Blind Johnny, veteran guitarist and harp player from the 70's, who writes the material and provides musical guidance. He's supported and played with many of the greats over the years.
"You'd be hard pressed to find a more hardworking, friendly and supportive band than Kitty and The Lost Boys"
They don't take themselves half as seriously as they do their music-neo new wave, power pop with just a hint of reggae.

[Mon 4th Feb 08] Brief Band History
Kitty and ...
At the age of 11 Jess was drumming in a 3 piece rock band fronted by Pro's in his second home-Andalucia, Spain.
On return to the UK Kitty, Jess and Blind Johnny have discovered kindred spirits and band mates. Lightnin'Jim originally from 'up North' has a history of playing in mysterious covers bands but more recently he has made a name for himself as a solo artiste on the Blues circuit. A recent recruit to the bass guitar he has discovered that he should have started life as a bass player as he would by now have a roller parked outside his 14 bedroom mansion. Tilly is a relative newcomer to the music scene and provides Kitty with earthy back up vocals. She also fronts her own blues/rock band. Peter 'The Face' Jenkins (a simple, honest Devonshire lad) adds back up vocals, percussion and 'synthy' keyboards to the sound. He is also a sensational bass player in his own right and has played in many local groups in the South West. The entire outfit is underpinned by Blind Johnny, veteran guitarist and harp player from the 70's, who writes the material and provides musical guidance. He's supported and played with many of the greats over the years.
