Kreg Viesselman[Acoustic, Solo Artist]

 Kreg is an artist who consciously sidesteps being labelled or categorized, but his career as restless troubadour and observer of life places him firmly in the classic US songwriter tradition that stretches back to the 1960s, and beyond. Kreg's previous independently released CDs, MANY RIVERS (2000) and KREG VIESSELMAN (2002), demonstrated his music's development from stripped-down folk-blues toward a warmer, richer style - more Country Soul- with "The Pull", released on Red Kite Records (2006). Kreg is currently working on a new album in Oslo, Norway. His March tour of the UK unveiled many of the new songs that will appear on the album, and hint at a very different musical direction.
Viesselman was born in Minnesota, but relocated frequently in the US. He is currently living in Europe.
