The Amigos conquer all The Amigos on Sat 26th Aug 06
All I have to say is that anyone who missed this gig is insane!
Saturday's performance was one of the best gigs ever from the best band on earth! The Amigos are definitely at their best with the new line up and now have a loyal and growing following wherever the gig may be. I will certainly never miss another!
In my opinion, the combination of the Amigos and Cornwall really is unbeatable.

What a surprise! hustler on Sat 19th Aug 06
We were in St Ives on holiday with my parents (boring!!!) and on Saturday night saw a bit of a crowd forming outside the Lifeboat, watching a band through the window. We decided to go in when we heard the start of a Queens of the Stone Age song, planning just to have a couple of drinks in there. We ended up stayed all night, it was such a good session. The band rocked!!! They played a great selection of songs, making a change from the normal pub rock oldies and when they performed 'I predict a riot' the whole pub jumped to its feet! I really wasn't expecting to have a night out like this on holiday.
I talked to the band members after the gig and discovered that they were quite new. You can tell - they just love every minute of being up there playing and are great fun to watch.
I visited their website and found out that they are a London band and will be playing on my patch next month. I'll certainly be there, and will take some others along to show them the band that made my holiday!

| Print Flyers | |
|
|
|
| Print 3 flyers per A4 page, with marked cutting guides. Hint: setting your start date to the first of a month, and your end date to the last day of a month, gives a neat heading on your flyer, e.g. setting 1 May 2008 and 31 Aug 2008 as the start and end dates will produce the heading: 'MAY - AUGUST 08'. Try it! You can also set the font size to a decimal value (e.g. 9.3) to make the gigs fit exactly onto the page. | |
