 A great friendly pub; much improved from times of old. Went the other week for the karaoke X-Factor type final and the atmosphere was brilliant. Plenty of drunk people but not even a hint of trouble. Top landlady too.......
The tribute bands are a real treat and certainly add a bit of excitement to saturday nights in Basingstoke |

  Great band. Hard hitting and fast rockers from start to finish.
The band entertain their audience by doing a visual energetic combination of classic rock covers and originals.
If there was any dust on the walls before they took stage, it was all blown away when they finished.
I have seen all their gigs in Basingstoke up until now, and have never been disappointed. The whole pub "rocks", a great evening for all. My advice to those who have not yet seen The Chevrons, go to the next Gig and you will be addicted! | |
