Set on the grass bank of the River Ver, the Old Red Lion is proud of its recent extensive refurbishment. Inside, there's a modern environment with an Art Deco atmosphere set off by recessed ceiling lights and colourful table tops... the small rear bar is a comfort zone, where you can read your paper and enjoy a good old fashioned conversation (remember those?). Note to non-locals - Park Street is a little village near St Albans - not a street! |
