Overdraft are a recently reformed rock covers band. We had a fair bit of success in the late 90s and early millenium. The only original member is Neil the drummer but with his son Lee on lead vocals and rhythm guitar, His best mate Gareth on bass and Tony on lead guitar we aim to rock the place!
Tired of listening to covers bands play the same dreary 70s shite, we decided that people in pubs are now a generation apart from us 40 somethings. We have a musical fusion of newer stuff such as Arctic Monkeys "When The Sun Goes Down"and "I Bet That You Look Good On The Dancefloor" Kings Of Leon "Sex On Fire", some Jam and "Gangsters" by the Specials.We do some classic Pink Floyd,Oasis, the Who,Radiohead and a few more lad anthems.
Neil plays dw drums and uses zildjian cymbals, Lee uses Fender and Gibson guitars through Marshall Amplification. I don't have a clue about Gareths bass gear and Tony has so many guitars I can't keep up and a different amp every gig!!
