What started off as a one man project has now evolved into a 5 person collective. Since the summer of 2003, Roberto Cappellina has written and accumulated a library of material. He has also recorded a mound of demos, shared stages with the likes of Mohair, the Mystery Jets (previously on tour with the Futureheads) and Rodney P (Radio 1), acquired collaborators and between them, they've covered a lot of musical ground. The music being made now is not what you hear on the current recording. The cd, which only features Roberto, Matthew and KoTO, is like a summary of the earlier days that built up to this point...the point being a band arrangement of writing, performing and exploring as many musical stylings as possible. 2006 will see new recordings from the band and even more shows, including a slot at the rhythms of the world music festival in Hitchin, Buckinghamshire.
