Spooky Slim[Pub Rock, 4 piece]
Spooky Slim are a 4-piece Rock Band hailing from Hertfordshire and Essex. After finding a new singer we have been gigging flat out since June 2005 at the average rate of twice a week all over the South East of England. So far 2006 is turning out to be even better. Having played some great gigs at the end of 2005, we are rapidly filling our diary for this year. Catch us while you can! This band prides itself on great music and great fun, we don't take ourselves too seriously and this makes us a great band to come and watch. We cover Rock Classics from Led Zep, The Stones and Bad Company, to the Clash, The Undertones and Del Shannon!!!!, so there is always something in our set for everyone to get their rocking socks on to...
Chelle Follano: Vocals This rock chick has a voice and stage presence that will make you sit up and take notice,
Martin Hone: Bass Quite simply the rhythm expert! The original Guru of good times and a rock God voice to contend with.. and a bit of a nutter to boot !
Martin "Doc" Norman : Lead Guitar Self taught and spoon-fed on a diet of The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Elvis and Django. He believes in making a gig into an event, be it at a pub or a festival. Makes the six string sing from the soul and you should see what he can do with a violin bow!!! and not forgetting the Theramin!
Jimi 'Jazz' McCafferty: Drums This man plays drums with a passion and a feel that is seldom seen. It's fair to say that we haven't seen a drummer like this since John Bonham. The heart of the band and a thoroughly sexy Scot!

Best Band here in ages ! Red Lion, Stevenage on Thu 6th Apr 06
This band were booked in a cancellation slot - and my god they didn't disappoint! They were the best band the Lion has seen in ages - (in my opinion) as they played stuff that covered 50 years !
Truly great musicians that obviously enjoy what they do - they were great in getting the crowd going with stuff that you could all sing your hearts out too. Was great to see a girl tackling Led Zep and pulling it off with ease - wish I had a voice like that !
A truly fantastic night and can't wait till they get asked back here ! Thanks for a fantastic night out, you have officially got yourselves a groupie!

Great Nite Out The Bridge, Shefford on Sat 4th Feb 06
What a fantastic night this was... The band played some great classics with style and ease. It was great to see a band enjoying themselves and really interacting with the audience. A guy from the audience wanted to have a go - and without hesitation they got him up to do a number !
The set varied from The Kinks to Del Shannon and pretty much every song inbetween was a classic, some you didn't even realise that you knew but still knew all the words to sing along to!. They finished their set with 2 Led Zep numbers which were truly great and to hear a girl singing them was even better - didn't know a girl could sing like that ! Wow - think I have turned into a groupie ! Can't wait to catch them again - well done guys and girl ! Fab
