Sticky Jack were back at The Sportsman on Saturday 29th March. There was a good atmosphere and Sticky Jack soon had everyone up dancing and shouting for more. They played plenty of recognisable covers from the 70's, 80's to current songs. Lots of comments overheard from other people that the band were good and people were having a good time. Good gig, would definitely go to see them play again. The pub has been refurbished and has new owners, much better.

Reply from Sticky Jack: Yep it was a good night, the whole place was buzzingthe band realy enjoyed the gig and the new owners are great to get on with. The pub is looking good in its new decor
We were at a gig at the Pumphouse when the presenter recommended we see this band. We did and we weren't disappointed. Top men. They played the usual and not so usual laid-back rock repertoire - played note perfect. Good to listen to and good to dance to. Strong rhythm section. Best quality amplification I've heard for years. Studio quality. Chill-out crowd-pleasing band. Only criticism - more Van Morrison and more latin rock please - that would be brilliant.
This band is totally committed and enthusiastic. Wind them up and let them go. And go they do. They always give 100% and play nonstop. Whatever they play, from slow blues to hard, fast R&B is played with feeling. This really is a band to see live.

Print Flyers
Print 3 flyers per A4 page, with marked cutting guides. Hint: setting your start date to the first of a month, and your end date to the last day of a month, gives a neat heading on your flyer, e.g. setting 1 May 2008 and 31 Aug 2008 as the start and end dates will produce the heading: 'MAY - AUGUST 08'. Try it! You can also set the font size to a decimal value (e.g. 9.3) to make the gigs fit exactly onto the page.
Flyers limited to 14 days. Get longer flyers by joining Lemonrock - FREE Music Lover membership!
