Stackbridge are back!!! Featuring original front man Mutter Slater
Stackridge were one of Britain's best loved, eclectic outfits in the 70's and have now reformed with linchpin members James Warren, Andy Davis, Mutter Slater, Crun Walter. The band that brought us such albums as "The Man in the Bowler Hat", "Mr. Mick" and "Do The Stanley", and who later transformed into the million selling Korgis ("Everyone's Got To Learn Sometime"), has a new deal with Angel Air records. The result is the superb "Something For the Weekend" which includes such classics as "Something About The Beatles", and "It's A Fascinating World". Stackridge were always brilliant, innovative, unique and always entertaining, and topped by the brilliant song writing partnership of Warren and Davis.
