Stillyano[Rock, 5 piece]

Hailing from Exeter, Stillyano play piano and guitar led original melodic rock. They are available for hire / functions and often include some carefully chosen covers that they add their own unique style to. They are currently working on new material although they continue to gig in and around the southwest mostly. The have finished recording their debut album which is available to buy at their gigs. They are currently scouting around for management opportunities.

 Best original material The Hole In The Wall, Exeter on Fri 23rd Nov 07 | |
 I first saw this band in "Battle of the Bands" and I've been blown away by them ever since. Friday night was simply brilliant, every original track inspired the audience along with the occasional "cover" thrown in for good measure. All the musicians in the band are well accomplished and complete the package with high energy vocals and spot on harmonies. I'm sure we're gonna see a lot more of this band, so go and see them while you have the chance... Look what happened to Muse! You don't see them round here anymore! P.S. the band's CD, "Better Days" is great! | |

 I hadn't seen Stillyano before but had seen a couple of them in their other bands so was expecting a good night... I wasn't disappointed!
Never knew what I'd been missing! Absolutely fantastic, they played with such enthusiasm and energy, their sound was spot on and it was great to listen to a band that was so "tight". I'll definitely be spreading the word to other pubs to book this awesome band (for purely selfish reasons so that I can see them more often!) Every song they sang was done to perfection, brilliant performers and a great night's entertainment was had by all! | |

Man, these guys rock! Great performance. Own material mixed with their own style covers. Their own stuff is so catchy you will find yourself singing along to the chorus the first time you hear it!. I looked around the venue and everybody seemed pleased with what they were hearing. Man, this four piece can all play their toys!!.
A must see. Check out some of ther tunes @ www.stillano.com. but why not go one better and check them out live? I guarantee you will not be disapointed!

 This is without doubt, the best band I have seen in this area. They perform a mix of covers, which are suitably altered to provide their own distinctive sound and their own tunes, which are not only lyrically fantastic but melodically fantastic too.
It is so refreshing to watch a band that obviously enjoy and are confident in what they do and this transpires into the crowd, who return pick up on their energy. Highly recommended. | |

 | | Better Days
"Better Days" is the debut 11 track release from the Exeter based 5 piece. Brimming with fresh original material, it was written, performed and produced entirely by the band between July 2004 and August 2005.
Their CD launch gig completely sold out (apologies to all those who couldn't get in!) and now only a few copies of "Better Days" are left from the intial run of albums. Hwoever, production is underway for the next batch.
Best described as radio-friendly melodic rock with a Stateside feel, they have been likened to a nuber of diverse act such as the Doobie Brothers, Foo Fighters and Bon Jovi. "Better Days" contains their trademark mix of uptempo rock anthems alongside the more gentle ballads.
Look out for their upcoming LP release too! |
