Turtle Soup[Folk (original and covers), Duo]

Turtle Soup are Frances Kempster and Steve Segar who are well established in Essex (and beyond), and whose first album, released in October 04 with DJC Records was a great success. They play mostly original material, with some traditional and covers (Bob Dylan, Tori Amos, Beth Orton, Neil Young.)
"Frances can cause a noisy pub to fall silent and collectively hold its breath - such is the compelling beauty of her voice, " says music promoter Philippa LeMarquand.
