Hi Basher Tate, Its a couple of weeks since you played at our charity dinner at the Thistle Exeter in celebration of EDP Drug & Alcohol Services 30th Birthday and I wanted to come on and say a big thank you. Right from our first enquiry you were really helpful and easy to communicate with. On the day you were really helpful when we went over time with our speeches and auction. Thanks for being so accommodating. It was definitely the right decision to have one long set and I'm really sorry that we lost a lot of people to the England Match. Those who stayed to dance had a really good time and the music was perfect for dancing. The quality of your performance was excellent and I'd recommend to anyone that they should book you! Thanks again and I'll be in touch if we decide to something similar in the future!

My wife and I made the effort to go to the Prospect Inn on a cold and wet night in January and we were rewarded with being entertained by a very slick and professional performance by Basher Tate. The band were obviously enjoying themselves and this was infectious as the dance floor and indeed the whole pub were packed all night. The best band I have seen at the Prospect.

I saw Basher Tate at Sandy Park on 7th December after the Toulon game & they were absolutely brilliant. They had the whole of the massive bar still dancing & singing the night away 4 hours after the game had finished!

The set list was "All Killer, No Filler" with tune after tune delivered by the highest quality musicianship by a band very much at ease with each other & having a great time themselves, which translated over to the audience who were clearly having a great time too!

The arrangement of all the songs was amazing; the front line vocals were absolutely fantastic and with the brilliant Matt Wilkey's guitar on fire, backed by Tom & Ben so solid in the rhythm section, and Andy (brilliant on keys) - this was the best band performance I have seen in a very long time.

Stand out songs for me were Nutbush City Limits & Fairy Tale Of New York. Hannah's vocals in Nutbush gave me goose bumps & Bully's vocals & tin whistle playing in Fairytale were amazing.

If you are looking for a band for a function, or if you are a pub/ club manager then you have just read about the perfect party band.

We saw you guys at the Anchor during Sidmouth Folk Festival on Wednesday night. We havent seen such a good band in ages you had the whole place with 2-300 people all up and dancing, with some even smoshing, absolutely incredible, and what an atmosphere you created, we gotta catch you guys again!!!!

I was delighted to have booked Basher Tate for my 50th Birthday party in June. They are slick, professional and definitely get the party started with their fun vibe! Great vocals and range of songs that get everyone on their feet. Couldn't praise them highly enough & had so many comments afterwards from my guests saying that they'd loved the band. From the Beatles, Stevie Wonder & Rolling Stones to Lady Gaga & Jessie J, they were fantastic! Thank you Basher Tate, you made my night!
