What is 'My diary'?
Every band and venue has their own diary to help them manage their live music schedules. These diaries contain gig dates, available dates, and other private information, e.g. band member holiday dates, rehearsal dates, etc. Each diary's available dates are automatically included into the main Lemonrock 'Available' sections. Please note: these diaries are different to 'My Gig Diary' in the 'My Music' menu. 'My Gig Diary' is a free feature for any user of the site to keep a record of gigs they are interested in.
What are the 'Available' sections?
Bands and venues can show when they are available for gigs. Lemonrock has 2 sections: Available Band/Dep Dates, and Available Venue Dates. The Available sections are searchable by date, and by location.
I want my available dates to show in the Lemonrock 'Available' sections. How do I do this?
You need to mark your available dates in your band diary or venue diary as 'AVAIL' (coloured green). Once you have updated your own diary, all your available dates will be added automatically to the Lemonrock 'Available' sections.
How do I show every Saturday as being available?
Unlock the padlock, then keep clicking 'Sat' in the column headings, until all Saturdays show 'AVAIL' (coloured green). Then click the 'save' button.
I have added my available dates to my diary, but they are not appearing in the 'Available' section. Why not?
If you are a Band/Artist member, make sure that you have specified your location (town/city).
Can I add gigs using my band/venue diary?
Yes. To add a gig for a day, click on the day in your band/venue diary, then click the 'New gig' button.
