Eleanor Dunsdon [Folk]
Hertfordshire-based based folk musician and songstress, Lizzy Hardingham, is paving her way as a powerhouse performer with "beautifully delivered songs that sing straight to the heart". 2019 saw her storm the UK folk club and festival scene, including Cambridge Folk Festival, while in 2020 she captivated online audiences with "a voice that could fill a stadium and the sensitivity to bring a room to attentive silence". Having recently been nominated for Fatea’s Female Artist of the year, Lizzy is currently being mentored by Young’uns' Michael Hughes under the English Folk Expo artist mentoring programme and working on "firmly nailing her place as one of the rising stars of the folk scene”.Herts and Beds based folk trio Said The Maiden have been sending waves through the folk scene since 2013. After making their tentative debut at Redbourn Folk Club they have played all over the UK and Europe alongside some of the biggest names in folk. The group relaunched in 2019 with new member Minnie Birch, whose gentle intricate guitar style, warm vocals and unique songwriting ability add new dimension to the group’s sound. Weaving together rich vocal harmonies and just a dusting of guitar, banjo and flute, they perform traditional songs from across the UK and US, with a few of their own self-penned folk songs thrown in too.'Kelvin Davies already has an amazing portfolio of work behind him, including several appearances on the BBC Radio 2 Cerys Matthews Blues Show. The great guitar work and singing of this young country blues artist brings songs of the 20's and 30's to life, as well as an increasing selection of self penned numbers. Kelvin has played at some fantastic venues such as the Cambridge Junction, Dingwalls, The Bedford, The Horn as well as various folk and blues festivals, during which he has put on incredible shows alongside the likes of Catfish Keith, Danny Bryant and Hannah Sanders & Ben Savage. Ably backed by veteran harmonica player Gary Jones.'Eleanor Dunsdon is a folk harpist and singer based in Berkshire.
