FAB [60s Covers, 4 piece]
At last I have found a local 60's pop band that expertly perform a wide range of hit pop songs from the 1960's, and not just the usual songs from the small range of successful artistes, like the Rolling Stones and Creedence Clearwater Revival. Songs were played which I have never heard covered before - like, "You didn't have to be so nice", by the Lovin' Spoonful; "The Letter" by the Boxtops and "The Night Before" - a Beatles' LP track!
The sound, volume level and balance of the band was excellent. The atmosphere was good and each musician was skilful. I also thought the drummer and his kit sounded perfect for every song.
Rather than suffering a lack thereof, the venue was spacious, with plenty of room for the band, the audience AND some dancers, making it a better than average venue for live music gigs.
This is one of the best bands I have seen in the 50 years I have been avidly seeing and listening to bands, and I am sure it will be appreciated by any audience with the smallest interest in the wonderful music from the 1960's.

Hello Neil, thanks for that excellent review. You obviously know your onions when it comes to 60's music so we are really chuffed that you like what we do.
Your last sentence is going on our website, if that's ok?
See you soon. Best wishes,
Phil, Ged and John.
