We're back and with a new name! Clint from the Monks Inn has taken over the old Market Arms and will now be known as the Friars Inn. Live music to accommodate a more mature alternative taste on as many Saturdays as we can fill and a regular 80’s & 90’s Saturday event in the nightclub. But the fundamental change will be the craft beer we are going to tap. Quality craft from locales as well as the odd appearance of samples from USA and all around our island. So the name of the game is good pies, Charcuterie, cheese boards, vegetarian platters, Clint’s Bunny Chow, BBQ and roast dinners. Fantastic craft beer you won’t find anywhere else, a more mature and sensible clientele , pool , and as much rugby as we can fill the pub with.
