Mark has been playing guitar since his teens and his versatility is well known, mastering acoustic and electric in most styles from soul, pop, hard rock, country and blues. His playing is fluent, rhythmic and tuneful and his soulful style is the perfect complement to Caroline’s sweet but powerful voice.

Mark has been a constant fixture in the North London/home counties music scene for not far off 40 years treading the boards with local favorites The Doctors (hence his nickname “Dr Guitar”), Grand Central, The Groove, The Power of Soul, Echo, Dr Rock, Five Shades of Grey, Tailgator, The Firedogs and The Nashvillians among many others. His great adaptability (along with excellent punctuality!!) has also meant he is the most in demand dep and session guitarist in the area.

As well as working with Caroline as one half of Jellismooch, Mark is also the guitarist in the awesome band Large Portion.

Caroline is an established singer who began her singing career at the tender age of 10. Education then motherhood took over but Caroline was back performing in the 90's with the covers band 'Standing Room Only' before managing and performing in the successful events band 'Nightshift'. Caroline is also one half of the fun filled and bubbly funky female duo 'Ruby Groove'. Caroline is renowned for her Country Show this has secured her a number of private events both in England and abroad. More recently, Caroline has reunited with her original band vocalist Beth, who has four album releases under her belt, and with their amazing vocal and personality are hitting the music venues with their duo "50/50" to provide 100% entertainment.

JelliSmooch Duo cover a vast range of genres so hopefully something for everyone ..all framed by the amazing guitar ability of Mark. Totally cool vibe.

****Newsflash**** If you want a little bit more than a cool vibe, JelliSmooch have been joined by the amazing Chris Baston (Skyriders) who provides the icing on the cake on keyboards and his unique vocal performance. A must combination for a great atmosphere and energy performance from these three !
