We are an acoustic guitar piano duo providing awe inspiring male vocals. Performing stripped down acoustic versions of some of the greatest songs ever written, the playlist is endless, covering pop, rock and soul hits. From wedding breakfasts or champagne receptions to laid back pub gigs, our acoustic duo is guaranteed to entertain guests every single time.

John’s background in music stems back 25 years as lead singer in several bands, most recently lead singer and rhythm guitarist of Mcvicar band, performing in pubs and at weddings and venues across the UK. Maria is a classically trained pianist and the pair’s love of music formed the duo.

MJ Acoustic are suitable for all types of events and provide a sophisticated soundtrack for your special occasion. As highly experienced performers, there’s no better feeling than watching the faces of our guests as we entertain and that is why we love what we do.
