The Social Presents: Purple Hearts (PH2)Purple Hearts were one of the first bands to spring from the 1970's Mod Revival and became legends of the scene with their ballsy original anthems such as Millions Like Us and Frustration.Formed at the beginning of 2021 PH2 (or Purple Hearts 2) spring from the ashes of two groups, The Purple Hearts and Springtide Cavalry. The group consists of Kevin Iverson Jnr on guitar and vocals, Andrew Hucksted on drums, Jeff Shadbolt on bass guitar and Bob Manton on lead vocals.They could best be described as a sixties influenced New Wave band in the tradition of The Who The Kinks and The Jam.Supported by The Fates
