Steve has been in big demand since he captivated packed audiences at Amersham before the lockdowns (photo shows Steve performing at Amersham in 2019).
Now Steve, one of the finest and most entertaining vocalists on the music circuit, returns with a top-notch band studded with musicians who have recorded with big names and performed on some of the world's best stages.
Please welcome Mark Griffiths, a much revered bass player who has been a long-time member of the legendary Shadows with Hank Marvin, Bruce Welch and Brian Bennett.
Mark scored a No.1 hit in 1970 with "Woodstock" as a member of Matthews Southern Comfort.
Besides The Shadows, he has also worked with the Everly Brothers, Cliff Richard, David Essex, the Rutles, Tom Robinson, Al Stewart, Dennis (Dr Hook) Locorriere, Al Stewart and many other top names.
Drummer for tonight is another highly talented musician Alan Savage, who has backed big names like Joe Jackson, Alison Moyet, Olivia Newton-John, Freddie Mercury and Gene Pitney.
If that isn't enough pedigree for a band, Steve is also bringing along Alan Carvell or "The Human Jukebox" as he is widely known on vocals and guitar.
Alan has a rich history in the music business - from heading up The Carvells on their huge international hit "The L.A. Run" at the height of skateboarding craze to being called on to add his vocals to records by the likes of Elton John, Shakin' Stevens, Wham, Celine Dion, Take That, Mike and The Mechanics, Leo Sayer, ABC, Bucks Fizz, Toyah, Sheena Easton, Bonnie Tyler and Gilbert O'Sullivan.
Finally, without going in any particular order, we have Roger "Snifs" Nicholas, a stalwart of live music who deserves a badge of honour for putting together some of best Amersham's nights.
Roger is vocalist and bass guitarist with 1980s hit-makers Gidea Park ("Beach Boy Gold") and a touring member of The Foundations ("Build Me Up Buttercup").
This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to see a wonderful line-up of some of the finest musicians around.

Starring top hit-making vocalist/lead guitarist Alan Warner from 60s/70s chart-topping band The Foundations.
The group had worldwide number one hits around the world with "Build Me Up Buttercup" and "Baby Now That I've Found You", plus a string of other big hits with numbers like "Back On My Feet Again" and "In The Bad, Bad Old Days".
Alan leads The Foundations today in concerts in theatres and other top venues across the UK, underlining the legendary popularity of the band and their hits.
For tonight Alan has assembled a top-notch band including Alan Carvell (guitar/vocals) who has a rich history in the music business.
Besides heading up The Carvells on their huge international hit "The L.A. The Climb have quickly established themselves as a popular band playing a melodic mix of country blues and rock complete with a sprinkling of soul and a pinch of jazz for good measure.
Fronting their gigs, The Climb have a versatile combination of singers in Hayley Carlyon and Andrew Mayne to get you dancing, singing and partying the night away.
Hayley's roots are in country and bluegrass music while keyboard player Andrew is a "jazzer" at heart.
Two other Andrews - Aylett on bass guitar and drummer Andy Bunker - are a tight rhythm section who also add to the band’s vocal harmonies.
The Climb's latest recruit is hugely versatile guitarist Glyn Wright, who is as comfortable with big soul bands as he is with alternative country.
From the start The Climb wanted to avoid the usual covers band repertoire, so their sets feature some our favourite songs and artists - from Etta James, Nora Jones and The Stereophonics to Neil Young, George Ezra and the Travelling Wilburys - together with originals written by Hayley.
All are given The Climb treatment. You’ll recognise most of them and they hope you’ll love the arrangements too.

Eon and The Sidies are a band who know how to get an audience dancing, singing and partying.
The band produced a high-octane performance in May, triggering calls for them to be brought back on stage at Amersham.
Frontman Ian has been singing since he was a choirboy in the valleys in Wales. He recorded with his original band Hands on Heads at EMI and for Chappell music in the 80s.
The name Eon was given to him by his friends for his irrepressible energy.

He is a member of 1980s hit-making band Gidea Park who had big chart successes with "Beach Boy Gold", "Seasons Of Gold" and "California Girls".
The Alan Warner Band also includes Andrew Heart on bass and Ivan Hoe on drums. Andrew has worked with Billy Idol, Brian Connelly’s Sweet, Bob Geldof, Phil Lynott, Gus Isidore (Seal) and Micky Moody. Ivan is a highly experienced and much in demand rock, blues and pop drummer.

This is a man who knows how to get an audience singing, dancing and partying - hugely popular hit band vocalist and keyboard player Chris Hutchison.
Chris sprang to chart fame with the group Mr Big and then the techno-dance Beautiful People in the 70s, 80s and 90s.
Today he is keyboard player/vocalist with 60s and 70s hit band The Fortunes who tour major venues in the UK, Europe and other parts of the world.
He has also stepped in for an array of other chart groups like the Merseybeats, The Tornadoes, Vanity Fair, New Amen Corner and the Swinging Blue Jeans.
Mr Big are remembered for their huge hit "Romeo" and going on international tours with big names like Queen, Sweet, Tom Petty, Kansas and Journey. Beautiful People enjoyed chart success and supported Oasis.
Highly respected in the entertainment business, Chris supported Bear Grylls on his "Mud Sweat and Tears" tour at Bear's personal request. Bear selected Chris’s version of "Amazing Grace" to be his No. 1 disc in his selection of songs for Desert Island Discs.

Top Elvis Presley songbook vocalist Jenson Bloomer, who has performed many times internationally with Elvis’s famed TCB Band from the Las Vegas years, will be on stage at Amersham at 8.30pm on Saturday, September 4.
Joining him will be lead guitarist Tony Smith, who has also performed with the TCB Band.
Jenson has appeared in shows in the UK, Ireland, Spain, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Portugal, Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Memphis, Tennessee, USA for Elvis Presley Enterprises, which manages Graceland and other assets of the Elvis Presley Trust.
In 1993, Jenson was invited to sing with Elvis Presley’s original band from the early years – DJ Fontana and Scotty Moore for shows in the UK, Belgium and Netherlands. One of the shows was filmed and released as “Scotty Moore and DJ Fontana In Concert”.
The Elvis association continued with numerous shows with the legendary guitarist James Burton, Jerry Scheff (bass) Glen D Hardin (piano), John Wilkinson (guitar) and Ron Tutt (drums) from Elvis’s TCB Band (TCB being short for Taking Care of Business – a personal motto Elvis adopted in the 1970s).
Jenson has also worked with Elvis’s backing singers – The Sweet Inspirations, The Grammy-award winning Imperials and JD Sumner & The Stamps Quartet, Kathy Westmoreland, Charlie Hodge, Sean Nielson and Pete Hamlin – all of whom performed with Elvis in concert from 1969 to 1977.
Jenson and Tony both worked on shows with Elvis’s Las Vegas and On Tour conductor Joe Guercio conducting a live orchestra. This proved a big hit in Europe for both of them.
Jenson does not impersonate Elvis. He just sings the songs and this has enabled a long friendship to build with Elvis’s original band members who have become close friends.
His 32-year collaboration with guitarist Tony has provided numerous original songs and ventures that have successfully taken them around the world, playing to huge audiences and becoming known as the “go to” artists for Elvis-related material and concerts.
Jenson has also been the tour manager for a number of TCB Band tours of the UK and Europe.
As well as Jenson and Tony, the group for the Amersham gig will include John Hodgetts on keyboards, Mark Forton of Edison Lighthouse, and bass maestro Roger “Snifs” Nicholas from 1980s hit-making group Gidea Park and touring 60s chart-toppers The Foundations.
