The Ship Hotel, Crediton [Live Music Pub]
Hi guys, I thought I would send you a couple of words or two, just to give you some honest feedback regarding your last gig at the ship. I have been in the music industry for many, many years and have played with some bands who if you were very old! You might even recognise. Thankfully the ravages of time have removed the days where I was once recognised. Again! If you were very old you might have vaguely heard of this old rocker. I saw you once before in Exeter and was telling my friend also a musician, well drummer! About how much I enjoyed hearing you, and we decided to drive the hour or so to see you in Crediton, Before stumbling across you in Exeter, It's been a long time since I listen to a pub band, in a proper pub! It was nice to be reminded what it was like, having gigged my way through pubs, clubs and eventually stages, to see a band pushing out so much energy took me back to my roots. I was telling my friend what you were like (we have gigged together for years and still do) and you didn't let me down, warts and all. It wasn't just your music, yes it wasn%

Hopefully see you at the next one, please come and say 'Hi'!
Keep on (old) rockin',
**[As you can see, the whole of your applause didn't make it on here due to space (we presume). Could you and your friend please email us your full comments, so that we can have a look at them properly... Thanks]**

Thanks for your comments John, we're glad you enjoyed the gig, look forward to seeing you at the next one.
We had Chris Banderas playing here last night and I must say that his guitar skills are out of this world. He is a highly talented musician and the locals all loved him. His cover of "Highway To Hell" by AC/DC was the highlight of the evening.
It was a pleasure to have him at The Ship and we have given him some more dates throughout 2011, which we are all looking forward to his return.
I highly recommend him to anyone in Devon who is looking for a rock musician who will entertain a crowd of all age groups, whether it is for a private function or pub/club gig.
If he is playing in your hometown anytime soon, then you would be missing a good night if you choose to stay in.
