Not forgetting the three Kings: Freddie, Albert and B.B.In between, there’s a fair dose of 21st Century Chilterns, with original blues by Son Maxwell, and his reinterpretations of old blues classics like Evil and Shame Shame Shame. This is the first time for us at St Harmonica’s Blues Club but The Shufflepack have entertained us before at Livestock and at Broomfield Blues. The Shufflepack provide groovy shuffling blues in the classic style from Chicago to the West Coast. Comprising brilliant musicians that include Storm Warning’s Son Maxwell on vocals and harmonica and Derek White on bass this band provide entertainment the way we like it. The Shufflepack are also the house band at the highly acclaimed Blues Bar Tring, don’t miss them.Live music starts at 8.30pm and admission is free to card holding St Harmonica's Blues Club members (membership for the year costs just £10).
