What a wonderful day at Pinner Village Fete! 100's of people with their Families, loads of kids, Stalls, Rides, American Indian dance group, Food Stalls and a Performance Stage, plus lots to do! The weather, after a damp start, became a beautiful warm sunny day ☀.

SIMPLY GRAY enjoyed a fantastic gig to a huge smiling crowd, and the second 'set' with our lovely Sally singing, got even better! Many thanks to Band Guests Jeremy Shoham on Alto Sax, and David Barnett on Drums and Harmony Vocals for brilliantly 'stepping into the breech'. What a day! Pinner Memorial Park in Pinner

SIMPLY GRAY performed a great Concert this afternoon in Pinner Memorial Park to a huge audience. With our new additional singer Sally and the wonderful Howard Tibble on Drums our 7-piece Band really got the crowd, in front of, and behind the Lake going, all having a great time, as did the Band! After a very busy Social week for me, this week is back to normal.

Yesterday, the SIMPLY GRAY Band performed on an Open Air Stage at the top of a closed Pinner High Street in front of a large appreciative audience, some of whom took to the Dancing Area. Late 1940's "Be-Bop/Jump-Jive" & 1950's Rock'n'Roll was the theme, and the happy smiling crowd were seen singing along too!

Many thanks to Tim Healy for stepping in on Drums for us so professionally. The weather was perfect, the atmosphere was great, and we had a lot of fun with songs by Presley/Cochran/Everly's/Paul Anka/Big Joe Turner/Leroy van Dyke/The Shirelles/Jackie Wilson/ Hank Williams, & many others.

Back in Pinner on 31st July and 10th September both in the Memorial Park.

Simply Gray enjoyed what must be the last day of summer, at Pinner memorial park, We had 3 great musicians sitting in with us, Kenneth had wandered off to Cornwall, and the slide guitarist and drummer had just wandered off, It was great to welcome Howard from Shakin Steven's Band, Gary from the Peace Lillies, Joe Jackson band, Aztec Camera and Kirsty Mccoll (he gets around) as well as Dexter Moseley from our brother band Soul'd Out to join in. 4500 apparently were there many joined in the dancing and singing along. Indoors now until the sun shines again. there are six Trax for you to download and play we hope that you enjoy them.
