11 Aug 200911 Aug 2009 Hello long time no blog! Snappa is out and about doing the weddings and parties and not alot of pubs which means alot of buffets and pig roasts (which keeps the drummer happy) but we don't get to jam much or do our quirky covers of Hendrix and Beatles. We have been doing some recording of new demos and rehearsing new songs for the set including reworking a twisted version of Brown eyed girl and a quite respectable version of Get on your boots by U2.Snappa are playing the August bank holiday Friday 28th at the Malt Shovel Bridgwater to try out some new songs and dust off some of our lairy classics like Voodoo Chile and Come Together and we can't wait because it's always a good atmosphere at the Shovel.Look out for details of a charity gig on November 14th in Chard at the Guild Hall it's for a whole load of charities in the Chard area as well as well know charities for cancer etc so please come along and support! more details on our gig guide and our website www.snappa.co.uk
