So Stoneheart played here on Friday 27th Dec. Not many in that night - I guess people were still getting over their Christmas hangovers!

The customers that were there got into the swing of it all during our second set after getting over the fact that their quiet night out had been hijacked.

At the end of the night we even had our arms twisted into 2 encores, mainly led by Gavin, a friendly regular who was a few pints of Guiness to the good, and a group of lively ladies who showed up at the start of our second set.

This is a cracking live venue, with a good amount of space to set up and perform. We really enjoyed the night.

Hayley, in charge for the night, was really great and took good care of us.

Can't wait to play here again, we're back on 27th March, hopefully there'll be a few more in to enjoy a good night out.

The Swan in Abbots Langley

Stoneheart played here on Saturday 28th December. This is a super pub which is obviously popular with locals both for their food as well as the entertainment they put on. It was pretty packed with diners.

Jo, on duty for the night, really looked after us well and the bar staff were great. The playing area was ok, if a bit tight at the edges for a 4-piece but it made for a intimate gig and there were a couple of minor mishaps with some exuberant dancers triping over the kit but no harm done. We played 2 x 45 minute sets & a 1 hr final set, which were really well appreciated by a very receptive audience.

We had some very nice, complimentary comments at the end which is always pleasing. Looking forward to playing here again.

Great gig at Dukes, Aylesbury. Really nice venue with a good stage and sound system. Fairly wide range of audience from mid-20s alt-rock fans through to heavy rockers so great to have a fairly varied set list to please all.
