So how did this happen - a new pub on the list of places we play :-) I guess we have to thank Zoe from the Gander Inn (we're playing there soon) for recommending us :-)

A strange layout and quite difficult to setup for a good sound but we did the best we could and it seemed the folks that ventured out to The Woodman in Ashtead all had a good time.

We hope we didn't get that wrong and who knows, it may become a regular slot for us - we like a nice local one :-)

A very quiet night at The Foresters Arms in Southend-on-Sea, damn weekenders take everyone away from their local haunt and having The Wildest Cats weekend on didn't help with the crowd in Southsea. That said, we still had a great night and those that were there seemed to enjoy themselves so all was not lost :-)

We hope to get an invite on a less busy weekend for 2017 and hopefully we can all together blow the roof off. See you all soon.

St Marys Social Club, Batley

Wow - that was a long drive all the way to St Marys Social Club in Batley and then all the way back - home time was 05:00 Sunday...! But what a lovely crowd to play to, very enthusiastic and great dancing.

We had a great time and look forward to getting an invite for 2017 to add to the calendar.

Best of all was the no challenge, challenge - so no daft antics to make anyone ill or to have them have to leave the stage due to being too hydrated :-)

We had a so-so gig last night at Esher Rock & Roll Club in Esher - we're realy sorry that we just weren't on top form as I couldn't sing a note - the dreaded winter cold kicked in and took me clean out of the game.

James did all he could to save the night and not be a 'no show' but we know it wasn't what you were wanting. We promise to make sure we are all healthy next time (assuming there is a next time) and give you more what you were expecting.
